Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders are processed during standard business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification with tracking details, where available.

Urbaneaz currently delivers throughout South Africa.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are as follows:

  • Major cities and metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional, remote, or outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, and periods of high demand.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, Urbaneaz may offer promotional shipping rates, including free shipping on qualifying orders. Any such offers will be clearly communicated on the website at the time of purchase.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information once an order has been dispatched. Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation has been sent.

Delivery Delays

While every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier disruptions, adverse weather, inaccurate delivery information, or increased seasonal demand.

Urbaneaz shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services. However, we remain committed to assisting our customers and will make every reasonable effort to help resolve any shipping-related concerns.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Urbaneaz cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer. Should you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@urbaneaz.co.za

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date or expected delivery date.

We will work directly with the courier partner to investigate the matter and provide reasonable assistance toward a resolution.

Completed Deliveries

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier to the shipping address provided at checkout, Urbaneaz cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items after delivery has taken place.

We recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address where possible.
